Nine municipalities in south-eastern Rouen have joined forces to build a new swimming pool, filling a gap that has been left open for far too long. The new facility will provide somewhere for members of the public to swim, and for school children to have their swimming lessons. The centre will also feature a fitness and spa area, including a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.
