FRESH WATER THAT’S KIND ON YOUR HEALTH
The Vitii filtration system is specially designed for all types of pool.
Vitii produces fresh water that’s kind on your health – and on the environment. What’s more, our system is compatible with the majority of new and existing pools: indoor or outdoor, with or without plants.
A NEW APPROACH TO POOLS
The Vitii biofilter meets the most exacting standards and requirements when it comes to comfort.
The system uses no chlorine, bromine, copper and other disinfectants. This alternative purification technique produces water of a quality compatible with public-health standards.
The Vitii filter is compatible with all types of equipment: heating systems, covers, counter-current systems, indoor water-bike systems, and more. What’s more, the Vitii filtration system from Aquatic Science delivers a totally different swimming experience – fresh water, healthy, comfortable and at one with nature.
A THREE-STEP PROCESS
The Vitii pool filtration system works via a three-step process: breaking down organic matter, disinfecting the water and restoring its natural balance.
1. CIRCULATION AND FILTRATION
The first step involves removing the suspended (mechanical) and dissolved (organic) pollutants from the water. First, a poly-vortex is used to collect all suspended particles measuring 0.05 mm or more in size. Next, bacteria in the biofilter digest the organic matter and remaining micro-residue. This digestion process has the same purifying effect as plants and their roots.
2. PURIFICATION
The water is disinfected and purified using an advanced UV reactor with oxidation system developed by Aquatic Science. The high-grade UV technology uses ultraviolet light to disinfect and re-oxygenate the water. The system meets drinking-water standards, guaranteeing crystal-clear water that’s kind on your health.
3. AUTOMATION AND REGULATION
Minerals and bacteria are automatically injected into the system to regulate the balance of the water.
- The bacteria are added to ensure that the population in the water is dominated by species that are effective at processing the organic residues deposited by swimmers.
- The minerals, meanwhile, help to maintain an optimum calco-carbonic balance in the water
